Payment Terms

• All advertising must be booked and paid for either upfront or on a monthly basis, depending on the agreement at the time of booking.

• Payment can be made via debit or credit card, bank transfer, direct debit, or other agreed methods.

• Payment deadlines will be provided in the booking confirmation.

Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once the advertising period has started.

• In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Essentials Mag Limited.

• If a scheduled advertisement cannot be published due to an error on our part, a credit or rescheduling will be offered.

Late Payments

• Late payments may result in suspension of the advertisement until payment is received.

• Essentials Mag Limited reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in line with applicable law.
